Short version: this site sets no cookies and runs no tracking. The only personal data it collects is what you type into the form, and we use it to write back to you.

What we collect

When you use the form, we store your name, your work email, and your two answers (where you are today and how much you do with your agent). We also store the time, the browser you used and the page that sent you, so we can tell people from spam.

If you email us instead, we keep your email and what you wrote.

Why, and on what basis

To write back, and to tell you whether we are the right firm for you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering a message you sent us, and, once we work together, the contract between us.

We send no newsletter. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in our database, run by Convex, Inc. [Confirm the hosting region and the data processing agreement.] Email is handled by [email provider].

How long we keep it

If we do not work together, we delete your details [twelve months] after our last exchange, or sooner if you ask. If we do, the retention rules of our engagement apply.

Cookies and analytics

None today. If we add analytics, they will be cookieless and we will say so here.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to our using it. Write to hello@a2a.accountants. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).
